POST WORK-OUT NUTRITION

On our previous blog post we talked about what to eat during your exercising period. Have you been eating before and during your exercises? 

Today we will be sharing on what to eat after your exercise/training. 

After exercising, it is best to replenish the loss of energy and sugar by taking in food/drinks that contains protein, sugar and carbohydrates. Adequate amount of protein after exercising is able to repair and rebuild muscles to allow faster recovery. Carbohydrates which is the main source of energy can help to replenish the loss of energy after exercises/training. Some recommendation on the food that you can eat for Post-workout: -Chocolate milk -Fruits -Potatoes -Chicken -Tuna -Nuts Lastly, we hope you have gain some knowledge on what to eat before, during and after your training/exercise. Do remember you have to eat so that your body will recover properly and also to prevent any illness due to training/exercise.
