He adopts a value-driven style of coaching, and 'value of the day' is always a key feature in training. Players are taught to be reflective about their play and always reminded to internalize the value of the day for themselves. He should be credited for working with challenging pupils and inspiring them to shine through floorball, beyond their usual selves.
