Nutrition during exercises is to help us stay hydrated, boost our performance, preserve muscles and improve our recovery.
Drinking plenty of fluid is a MUST during exercise. Fluid can help us to cool our body down so that we don’t get dehydration. Sports drink or plain water is the best? Sports drink gives you carbs and sodium, it helps especially when we are playing under high temperature and humidity. However drinking plain water is often enough.

Eating fruits also helps when you are exercising. The sugar in it helps to give you energy so that it can help boost your performance. Some fruits you can eat when you are exercising such as apple, grapes, banana and etc.
It is very important to know how to eat right during the exercising period so that you can perform better.
