NSG B'Division Finalist

After competing for close to 3 months, the National School Games Floorball is coming to a closure this afternoon at Yishun Sports Hall. As 2 girls and 2 boys team will be battling out to win the 2016 title.

The top 4 teams of each category are, girls – Bukit Merah Secondary, Coral Secondary, Orchid Park Secondary and Tanjong Katong Secondary and the boys – Coral Secondary, Bukit Merah Secondary, Victoria School and East View Secondary.

In last week semi-final for the girls, Bukit Merah girls won Coral Secondary 7-1 and the other semis-final game between Orchid Park Secondary and Tanjong Katong was 4-1 to OPSS, OPSS came back strong to win the game having lost to TKSS during the group stages. In the boy’s semi-finals, we saw Bukit Merah up against East View Secondary. These 2 teams have met each other in their first round group stage and the game ended in a draw. But it was East View Secondary that shows their composure to win the game 5-3. Next boy’s game we saw Coral Secondary take on Victoria School, Victoria came out victorious with a the scoreline of 8-5 to book their spot in the finals.

In the girls final, we have Orchid Park Secondary vs Bukit Merah Secondary and the boys final we haave East View Secondary vs Victoria School. While the girls 3rd/4th we have Coral Secondary vs Tanjong Katong Secondary and boys 3rd/4th we have Bukit Merah Secondary vs Coral Secondary.

The games will be played this afternoon, starting with the 3rd/4th placing for both girls and boys at 1115am and 1230pm respectively. The girls final will commence at 145pm and boys will be at 3pm. All games will be played at Yishun Sports Hall. Bring yourself down to catch the highest level tournament in the Secondary school category.
