Our first feature for this week goes to Jasper Kua from Northland Secondary School. Jasper is 15 going to 16 year old this year and have been playing Floorball for close to 3 years. He has been playing as a forward in Floorball and currently is not representing any club teams.
I asked him “What does he like about Floorball?” he replied, “Floorball is a sport that is fun and exciting. It requires teamwork to score a goal which will lead us to victory.” He is definitely a player that emphasize a lot on team play rather than individualism. Apart from playing Floorball, Jasper also plays Hockey and he went on to share about Hockey, “Field hockey is slightly different from Floorball because the sports will need to have a lot of stamina”. Jasper doesn’t have a Floorball idol at the moment.

“Selflessness” is the word Jasper use to describe him, and he adds, “I would rather my teammate to score because they can help the team to win a game. I don’t care who score a goal but winning as a team is the thing that I always wanted”.
