NSG Floorball Talent - Takashi

Our 3rd feature for this week goes to Takashi Watanabe from Northland Secondary School. Don’t be threaten by his name; he is half Chinese and half Japanese. Takashi is 16 years old and has been playing Floorball for 6 years. He is currently playing as a defender for Northland Secondary and represents Jokasports Jansenites Floorball Club that is participating in the local Division 1 tournament.

I asked Takashi “What does he like about Floorball?” he replied, “It is a really intense and fast-paced sports making it really fun and exciting.” Apart from playing Floorball in school and club level, Takashi is also heavily involved with Hockey. He idolizes almost the entire Singapore National Team player.

“Composed” is the best word to describe Takashi; he added, “Many have said that I am able to stay calm even in urgent situations.” Catch Takashi in action during his B'Division tournament or during the SFL Division 1 2016/2017 season.
