NSG Floorball Talent - Teresa

​Into our second week of feature and this week we start off with a girl from River Valley High School and her name is Teresa Zhang Han Yu. She is known and addressed as Teresa by her friends and teammates; Teresa is 14 years old going 15 and has been playing Floorball for close to 3 years. She plays as a defender for her school team and currently not representing any local clubs.

​I asked Teresa “What does she like about Floorball?” she replied, “The excitement and unique techniques of the game.” Apart from playing Floorball, Teresa also plays other sports such as table tennis, basketball and volleyball. She too has a Floorball idol, and that is her school coach Stella Chia.

“Optimistic” is the word Teresa use to describe herself as, she went on to add, “Because even when we’re losing I’ll not give up.” Catch Teresa and her River Valley High School teammates in action in the B’Division tournament that is happening now across varies venues.
