NSG Floorball 2015 (C Div) - Bedok North Secondary School Girls

As term 3 of school term begins it also means that we are drawing closer to the final NSG Floorball competition for 2015, the NSG C’Division tournament for lower secondary students.

Floorball has grew so much over the years since 1999. More than 20 schools participating in these year C’Division competition. We are privileged and honored to be able to feature some schools & students that will be participating the tournament on our 13SS Floorball Blog.

First up, we had a short interview with Bedok North Secondary School team captain – Siti Najihah Binte Abdul Rahim (right) about her team’s preparation for this year tournament under the care of Coach Leng.

Najihah is 14 years old and has been playing for 5 years. She first started playing Floorball at 10 years old and has represented her Primary School for many Floorball tournaments.

Getting to know Najihah’s team:

Q: How did your team perform last season?

A: We did not manage to qualify for second round.

Q: How is your team’s preparation for these season?

A: We are training hard and improving our both our individual skill and fitness, at the same time we are working a lot on our teamwork and team bonding within the team.

Q: What is your team’s goal for this season?

A: My team aims to get into the finals.

Q: Use 1 word that best describes your team. And why?

A: Determine. They are willing to do their best in achieving their personal goals and they don’t give up easily.
