Enthusiastic CHIJ STC Girls

This week, we decided to feature 2 teams - CHIJ St Theresa Convent Girls and School of Science and Technology Boys on our Floorball Blog in 2 different entries.

We had a short interview with CHIJ St Theresa's Convent (B Girls) Captain - Goh Kheng Ling (Right) about her team's preparation for this year NSG B'Division Floorball season.

Kheng Ling is 16 year old this year and has been representing STC Floorball since she picked up the sports in Secondary One.

Kheng Ling was please and positive about her team's performance last year but think that they could have done much better to produce better result. Nevertheless, Kheng Ling hope that her team will make it into second round for this year tournament.

Under the close guidance and leadership of Coach Pris, the girls from STC are quite prepared mentally and phyiscal for the tournament. In short, they are ready to compete against any schools.

When I asked Kheng Ling to use one word that best describe her team, she replied, "Enthusiastic. In our group chats and during training days, the team always ask for extra self training(especially during the holidays) and some do make an effort to encourage the team during drills."
